	shirabe-seld-json-lint crate Move `Seld\JsonLint` out of shirabe-external-packages and into its own crate, so the path is `shirabe_seld_json_lint::ParsingException` instead of `shirabe_external_packages::seld::json_lint::ParsingException`.
