11 days	refactor(semver): change ConstraintInterface to a closed enum	nsfisis
	Replace the dyn ConstraintInterface trait objects with an AnyConstraint enum closing over its four implementors (Simple, Multi, MatchAll, MatchNone), mirroring the earlier Rule enum conversion.
