The RuntimeInterface seam asked the worker one question at a time: a round
trip per loaded extension, per ReflectionExtension::info() output and per
constant, so a single `show --platform` cost 70 to 100 of them. A `platform`
dispatch entry now answers all of it as one PHP array, which shirabe-php-rpc
decodes into a OnceLock-cached PlatformInfo, the way the diagnose command
already works.
Composer\Platform\Runtime therefore has no Rust counterpart any more. Its
work belongs to the running interpreter, and invoke()/construct() could only
be ported as a whitelist that panicked on anything unlisted; it is ported as
PHP into the worker instead, and PlatformRepository reads the answers off
PlatformInfo. Accessors panic on a name the payload does not carry, so the
worker and its consumers cannot drift apart unnoticed.
The tests describe the runtime as payload data where they used to mock the
seam, with the datasets unchanged. The one loss is the call-count assertion
of test_inet_pton_regression: the payload reports the result of
`@inet_pton('::')` rather than answering a call.

The reason string blamed shirabe_php_shim::runtime::constant(), which
PlatformRepository stopped reaching once its constant lookups went through
the RuntimeInterface seam. All four pass.

74 tests carried a bare #[ignore] with no explanation. Re-ran each:
25 now pass and had the attribute removed; the remaining 49 got a
concise reason (todo!() stubs, regex-crate PCRE gaps, PhpMixed type
mismatches, config bool-coercion bugs, missing skipped_load wiring
in PoolBuilder, etc.) so future work can find and fix them by grep.
No production code or test logic/assertions were changed.

The regex crate parses PCRE's possessive \d{1,5}+ as a stacked
repetition (?:\d{1,5})+, i.e. \d+, so date versions like 20121020
matched the classical pattern and normalized to 20121020.0.0.0 instead
of falling through to the date(time) pattern like PHP. The plain
\d{1,5} is equivalent to the possessive form here per the
regex-porting rules. Un-ignore test_find_recommended_require_version
which this had blocked.

The ignore reason went stale: HttpDownloader is reqwest-based now, so
building it for HgDriver no longer reaches curl_multi_init() (todo!() in
shirabe-php-shim::curl). Test content unchanged.

support
ProcessExecutor::execute_async's mock branch was an unimplemented
todo!(), blocking every test whose code path calls it (feature-branch
git diffing, system-unzip/7z fallback extraction). Implement it by:
- Adding Process::__mock (mirroring the existing ZipArchive::__mock
pattern) so execute_async can resolve with a fabricated, already-
terminated Process instead of spawning a real subprocess.
- Extracting the sync mock's expectation-matching logic into a shared
ProcessExecutor::mock_match, wrapping the mock state in a RefCell so
it works from execute_async's &self/&mut self receivers.
- Setting error_output/capture_output from the mock branch, matching
PHP's ProcessExecutorMock::executeAsync sharing doExecute with the
sync path; execute_async now takes &mut self for this (safe, since
the borrow only needs to live through the synchronous setup, not
across the .await).
- Turning a strict-mode expectation mismatch from a panic!() into a
shirabe_php_shim::RuntimeException Err, mirroring PHPUnit's
AssertionFailedError extending \RuntimeException: PHP call sites
that catch (\RuntimeException $e) around a mocked git/hg/svn call
(e.g. Git::get_mirror_default_branch, GitDriver::supports) treat a
mismatch as an ordinary recoverable failure, and now so does the
port. The RefMut is dropped before firing an expectation's optional
callback so a re-entrant callback doesn't panic on double-borrow.
Also fixes two real bugs found while porting test_private_repository_
no_interaction: GitHub::authorize_oauth and GitLab::authorize_oauth
checked their domains config via PhpMixed::as_array(), which only
matches the Array (map) variant, but github-domains/gitlab-domains
default to PhpMixed::List, so the check always returned false and OAuth
token lookup was silently skipped. Use the in_array shim instead,
matching PHP's in_array() semantics. Also fix Git::run_command's
"capture credentials from git remote -v" call, which used the panic-
swallowing execute_args wrapper instead of a fallible execute(), so a
mock mismatch there couldn't reach get_mirror_default_branch's catch.
Un-ignores:
- zip_downloader_test::test_system_unzip_only_{good,failed}
- zip_downloader_test::test_non_windows_fallback_{good,failed}
- event_dispatcher_test::test_dispatcher_outputs_error_on_failed_command
- root_package_loader_test::test_feature_branch_pretty_version
- version_guesser_test::test_guess_version_reads_and_respects_non_feature_branches_configuration_for_arbitrary_naming{,_regex}
- version_guesser_test::test_remote_branches_are_selected
- github_driver_test::test_private_repository_no_interaction (also
adds the missing #[serial], since it seeds the shared Git::VERSION
static that vcs_repository_test::test_load_versions depends on for
real)
- init_command_test::test_get_git_config, made deterministic by
pointing HOME at a throwaway dir with its own .gitconfig instead of
depending on the host's global git config
Deduplicates the GitVersionGuard/RestoreEnv test-drop-guard idioms into
tests/common/test_case.rs instead of reimplementing them per file.

repo bugs
Replace the PhpMixed-based `$showWarnings` hack in VersionSelector::
findBestCandidate with a typed ShowWarnings enum (Always / Predicate),
letting ShowCommand::findLatestPackage pass its real closure instead of
hardcoding `true`. Fix the --no-dev branch in ShowCommand::execute,
which built `repos` from an empty package list instead of sharing the
same InstalledRepository as `installed_repo`. Pass repository handles
instead of pre-borrowed `&dyn RepositoryInterface` refs into get_package/
generate_package_tree/add_tree to stop a RefCell double-borrow panic on
--all/--locked. Add the missing CompletePackage/RootPackage
set_release_date setter so the outdated sorting-by-age test can set
fixture dates. Resolve OutputFormatterStyleStack::pop's empty-style
todo!() via clone_box(), and fix FileDownloader's cache-GC log call to
pass the VERY_VERBOSE verbosity PHP uses.

Ported faithfully via PackageHandle::new + __set_extra (now available on
PackageHandle). Kept #[ignore]d: date-based cases expose a shirabe_semver
normalize divergence (v20121020 -> 20121020.0.0.0), not a test-port issue.

Port 11 categories of previously-ignored Composer tests now reachable with
the mockall crate: DownloadManager, VCS/Perforce/File downloaders,
VersionSelector, PlatformRepository, Auditor, installer/FilesystemRepository,
RootPackageLoader, util auth/http, commands, and Cache.
Extract test seams additively on concrete structs as *Interface traits
(Runtime, HhvmDetector, VersionGuesser, RepositorySet, Perforce,
BinaryInstaller) plus mock-field seams (Cache, Filesystem); consumers take
trait objects. Mocks are defined locally in the test crates via
mockall::mock!, since automock-generated mocks are cfg(test)-gated and
invisible across the integration-test boundary.
dataProviders are ported in full; tests blocked by unported shims stay
#[ignore] with documented reasons rather than reduced or weakened.
Fix product bugs surfaced by the ports:
- util/github: use the exception code, not the HTTP status, for 401/403
- advisory: serialize empty audit maps as [] to match PHP json_encode
- repository/filesystem and downloader/file: fix RefCell double-borrow panics

Discovered via a full --include-ignored run: these tests have real (non-stub)
bodies and pass now, either because their blocker was since implemented (e.g.
config_command's stream_set_blocking via libc) or the ignore was stale.
Covers composer, config, forgejo_url, config_command, default_policy,
transaction, installed_repository, github_driver, version_bumper.

Port git, version_guesser, gitlab_driver, github_driver, and git_downloader
tests using the ProcessExecutor/HttpDownloader mocks and IO/Config stubs.
Fix production regex-porting bugs surfaced by the now-reachable paths:
Url::sanitize and Response::find_header_value had non-delimited PCRE patterns;
implement array_search_mixed non-strict branch and a datetime format mapping.
Add HttpDownloader::__new_mock so mocked downloaders skip curl construction.

composer::semver stubs
Flatten shirabe-semver's modules into glob re-exports at the crate
root and route all consumers through the short paths. Remove the
duplicate composer::semver stubs from shirabe-external-packages in
favor of the shirabe-semver types.

Re-evaluate the reason'd #[ignore] tests under the Phase D criterion:
a test is unportable ONLY if the APIs/types needed to WRITE it do not
exist. A test that compiles but panics at runtime (todo!() body, a
regex the regex crate cannot compile) or fails at runtime (incomplete
or incorrect impl behavior) is portable -- it is written in full and
marked with a reason-less #[ignore].
About 120 test functions move from reason'd #[ignore] to reason-less
#[ignore] (the ported-but-not-yet-passing signal). Impl crates gain
only additive __ test hatches (init_command, pool, file_downloader,
package handle link setters, artifact/path repository, repository
manager, svn); no existing logic changes. Tests whose required APIs
genuinely do not exist (mock/reflection harness, ApplicationTester,
solve() discarding SolverProblemsException, a script::Event that
cannot be passed as an originating event) keep their reason'd
#[ignore].
cargo check -p shirabe --tests passes.

Remove #[ignore] from tests gated solely on a shim function that is now
implemented, where the test passes:
- metapackage_installer::test_update (version_compare)
- platform_requirement_filter_factory::test_from_bool_throws... (get_debug_type)
- runtime::test_parse_extension_info (html_entity_decode/strip_tags)
- package_sorter::test_sorting_does_nothing... (strnatcasecmp)
- no_proxy_pattern::test_host_name/test_port (unpack/substr_count)
- version_parser::test_is_upgrade (version_compare)
- pool::test_what_provides_package_with_constraint
- proxy_item::test_throws_on_malformed_url
Update the ignore reason where the cited shim is now implemented but the
test still cannot pass for a different reason:
- no_proxy_pattern::test_ip_address/test_ip_range (IPv4-mapped IPv6 gap)
- package_sorter::test_sorting_orders... (look-around regex)
- proxy_item::test_url_formatting (parse_url host discrepancy)
- json_manipulator/json_config_source/filesystem_repository stubs
(test bodies are still todo!(), not yet ported)

The per-file stub!/encode_stub!/etc. macros generated #[ignore]d test
functions but obscured the individual test bodies. Expanding them inline
removes the macro indirection so future ports can fill in each function
directly.

Port PHP setUp/tearDown across the ported integration tests using
same-named set_up()/tear_down() functions and a TearDown struct whose
Drop runs tear_down(). Fixture-init setUp returns its fixtures;
tmpdir-style setUp/tearDown carry state in TearDown fields. Parts that
depend on unported infrastructure (PHPUnit mocks, Config::merge, the PHP
error handler) stay todo!() and are only wired into ignored stubs to
avoid breaking live tests.
Also fix shirabe-php-shim putenv to handle the no-'=' form (PHP unsets
the variable), which Platform::clear_env relies on for the env-clearing
tearDowns.

All ignored: Composer/Filesystem/Platform/Vcs repositories and the
AuthHelper/Bitbucket/Git/Perforce/RemoteFilesystem/Svn utils mock
IO/Config/HttpDownloader(curl)/ProcessExecutor or use reflection;
Filesystem/ProcessExecutor/StreamContextFactory/ProxyManager need on-disk
fixtures or proxy env. setUp/tearDown not ported.

All ignored: ArrayLoader/ValidatingArrayLoader/VersionSelector parse
constraints via a look-around regex; ArchiveManager uses PharData (todo!());
ArchivableFilesFinder/VersionGuesser/Locker mock git/process/IO; the plugin API
is not implemented (TODO(plugin)). Wires up the plugin test target.
