All ignored/todo!(): the advisory filter parses affectedVersions via a look-around regex; the Hg/Fossil/Perforce/Archive downloaders and RepositoryManager need mocked process/HttpDownloader (curl); the Validate/ Archive commands, ApplicationTest and CompletionFunctionalTest need the ApplicationTester/console harness. setUp/tearDown not ported.
